Colombian breakfast in Pembroke Pines: a guide

Looking for Colombian breakfast in Pembroke Pines? Learn about calentado, eggs and migao, and follow news from Casa Caleñitas, our upcoming location.
When choosing Colombian breakfast in Pembroke Pines, start with the kind of morning you want: a full plate, a warm drink with bakery items or a meal to share. Always check the restaurant’s menu and hours before visiting.
Calentado combines rice and beans with accompaniments. As a specific example, Las Caleñitas’ current Doral menu offers Calentado Las Caleñitas with eggs and a choice of Colombian sausage, beef, chicken breast or chicharrón. This describes the current kitchen, not a new-location menu announcement.
The Doral menu also offers eggs with a pandebono waffle, cheese arepa or calentado. Choose the eggs you prefer and ask about the available accompaniments.
Migao combines pandebono, buñuelo and Colombian cheese with hot chocolate, café con leche or Milo. It offers another way to discover our table. These photographs were made for Las Caleñitas, not at an already-open Pembroke Pines location.
Casa Caleñitas is coming to Pembroke Pines. Its opening date and breakfast menu have not been announced. Join the Founders Club for confirmed news; meanwhile, explore the menu and visit our current Doral location.
